After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Jonathan built a career spanning People Operations and HR across manufacturing, mining, hospitality, and SaaS. Over more than a decade, he honed his ability to help small businesses strengthen their teams and safeguard their investments, drawing on a family legacy of HR leaders.

Jonathan currently maintains his Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional. He is also a certified facilitator for Crucial Conversations and Civil Treatment training. His expertise comes from two decades of hands‑on experience with tech startups and Fortune 500 companies alike.

Rooted in Austin, Jonathan shares his life with his wife, Victoria, and their sons, Mark and Jon.
