jonathan lewis, Founder & principal
After attending the University of Texas in Austin, Jonathan quickly began his career in People Operations and Human Resources. With more than a decade of experience working in an eclectic mix of industries (from manufacturing and mining to hospitality and technology) he decided he wanted to leverage his knowledge helping small business protect and grow their teams and investments. You might say it was in his blood, as both his mother and aunt are Human Resources leaders as well.
Jonathan is a current holder of his Professional in Human Resources certification and holds a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional status. He is also a Certified Facilitator of both Crucial Conversations and Civil Treatment training.
Jonathan lives in Austin with his wife, Victoria and their toddler sons Mark and Jon.
